basically if country A hits country B. Then on subsequent hits by A on B he gains 10% less each time. Thus for example after 5 hits 0.9^5, gets 59% of what would normally get.

This would stop organised land trading between 2 countries. It wouldn't harm normal land grabbing as no one really grabs someone 10 times in a set unless they are farming someone.

DR doesn't effect land trading cause if you alternate hits you are never in DR.

Thats not true. DR affects landtrading because GA DR is not removed by attacking. Although it seems that many landtraders on FFA do not realize this.

If a server has 500 players, and each player knew how to play, and made on average 5 hits a day during the landgaining phase, everyone would be getting hit. It would be quite alot.
