Any way to bump up the timer?

I think it wouldn't hurt and it could add some new elements to play.

More stacked booms, extra turns for killing, possible means to out run a retal, ect ect.

I know I personally have lost points trying to save up for something big and missed my window by a mere few minutes due to real life crap.

For voting? Or you mean if you don't use the points it auto converts the points into turns? I guess if that does happen its better than nothing.

Also another thing about how bonuses work at the beginning of the set. I notice you need to enter your country, then vote to get bonus points at the very first day of a reset. So even if you made a new country as soon as your able to and you forget to log in to your country the day the round starts or vote before the server opens your out your first days bonus points.

I know the current system forces me to vote in a 5 hour window before my 24 hour countdown would reset for the next day.... I have missed many first day bonus points on express from this. Causing me to need to play extremely delayed or even over flow turns. Usually over flow from a lack of ambition from missing the bonus points and needing to wait :/

It be cool to have the bonus points accumulate from the point your country is created rather than from when the server opens and you enter your country. Then people in express could have bonus points right from the start to go GDI with out needing to wait. It could also promote faster start ups for other servers. And I wouldn't be forced to vote from 7pm-12am EST :P

I did not know this. So I didn't need to kick myself in the arse all those times for letting those points expire.

Unless yu were all ready full turns at time of experation possibly. I never logged in with 126+ turns due to bonus points auto converting into turns :/
