Force people to enter a tag before they leave protection.

Tags can be "Open" or "Closed"

Closed would need a pw like now and Open would be for anyone. This way if new players really join they can make a tag and make it open and recruit.

its not a horrible idea, also could let people join on the forum or profile or something then roll over from one set to the next if they want to

half the point of tags is so people dont get farmed instead of bots though, so bots should either be untagged or in their own tag
