Only being able to aid yourself without pacts if you are in the same tag.
If you have tag control you can aid yourself as an untagged, or in a different tag, with noone being able to see it, and it being impossible to trace back. YES you can pact an untagged, wait 72 hours, FA and break pact, but its possible to be caught.
Under current rules it is impossible to be caught without NW changes chart or something.
