For players that wish to play all ex - also a 'mode' that would simplify game for new players

Basically
you choose all ex gdi
you are giving up rights to grab or be grabbed
you get an explore bonus
you pay more then standard gdi for protection
can still do war attacks by declaring war (ie clan you are in is at war)
