This is only for countries with a successful appeal in an attempt to counter possible mod inaction.

Add turns gained beyond the normal limit to stored turns beyond the normal max to be accessible at the same rate as normal stored turns, while keeping the same limit on normal stored turns.

Normal stored would not decrease until the turns accumulated run out, and none would be added once a country has successfully appealed and logged in to the country.

Once a country goes back below the maximum stored turns they should act normally again.

hm the turns should function normally; i assume you mean if it was on appeal for more turns than enough to overflow it

yeah, specifically for when overflow happens basically making it so that there is minimal punishment should the player be found to have done nothing wrong.

that's a tricky one; i'll keep it in mind though; if this happens, i'd suggest players contact me though, since i can probably manually intervene for the number of times this actually happens

Agreed, appeals take DAYS often a week to get resolved.
