Ok, just a random thought, why not have an explore bonus? Not really sure how to balance this though with the other bonuses..

my thought on this is, use a days worth of bonus points gets u more 1 acre explored per turn used for 24hrs after the initial drop in acres per turn. As in u cant go no higher then 45 for standard govs and 54 for reps,

it would also make for better all-x finishes
