Resourses of a country killed by a tag, will be sent to a pool, every 72hours the resourses in the pool will be slipt to all the countries in the tag.
After a country is killed nothing else can be done on it and with that I mean any kind of spy ops.
Now definition of resourses.
All Cash on hand of the killed country
All Goods on the market sold at private market price.
All Tech of the country sold for 500
This should change the whole mechanism of the game.
On the longer term we could only create this pool after the first 24 hours of a Clan on Clan war declaration, as to limit the already powerful FS.
Anyways this suggestion is to give the players a reason to be hostile, the side effect is that it could create a whole lot more situations of the big guy picking on the small guy, but we can find other ways to work around that.
