900 BRs to 13500 GS in the current war speaks volumes about the state of balance and diversity. 214 ABs, tho I guess it is about as it should be in a late war.

All missile power is in the chem rush. People dumping EMs and sometimes nukes prewar shows that.
So rebalance missiles: Buff EMs, rework nukes(make them good for war), nerf chems.

the decay bonus could protect goods as well
