Make it 1, 2, or 3 turns to recall each product you put on the market. This might help bring sanity to the Express market at least, maybe other servers.

If we decide on 3 turns, then 3 turns to recall whatever. Instead of the current 3 turns recalls all your goods or all you tech. 3 turns will recall one product. If you want to recall your entire military and oil and food. 18 turns. All your tech? 33 turns.
