How about stop deleting countries? Just let them stay frozen in time so that people can get their retals in and everyone can get in on the action.

I think it wouldn't work. The first ones to see the player is frozen would get the spoils, farming them hard.

and allowing only those who got attacked by now frozen country to attack on that country might not be easy thing to make.

No, let it be free for all not just the ppl needing a retal. And don't put the country in purple just stop all activities on it.

Still, someone would eventually figure out the account was abandoned and get a free farm. Maybe even one of the cheaters friends who gets tipped off.
