We need reverse lookups here.

For instance, a restart will give you details about the original country that they restarted from, but we need the same lookup for the original country.

Meaning, you don't know if the person has restarted yet, so you keep tabs on the original country and then it will eventually tell you that they restarted.

if it was going to happen maybe have the country be linked when clicking on the country in the score list as well

so you could click on red countries on scores or tag lists

although those get deleted after a while. 3 days or 7 or 14 i forget?
14 would be the old inactivity auto deletion period since you cant login to dead countries any more

on the same note clicking on purpled countries should display the admin reason for purpling a country

just something vague like, multiple countries or coordination or ingame message violations
