Logged in to my primary country after 19.6 hours, had 86 turns....went to market, placed items for sale (1 turn) now...

Turns: 83 Money: $1,517,831,699 Food: 214,214 Bushels Networth: $13,914,214

WTF?

Yep.
Countries can hold a maximum of 80 (80) turns.

You had 86, you had a turn refresh which put 6 into stored and then got a bonus of 3.

I looked at all news, no 3 turn bonus recorded, just the 6 when i logged in to put me at 86...
