seems to have been a buy cheapest good issue for me on a couple occasions. if someone attempts to buy 2m off of public when they have 1m of troops on private that are cheaper, shouldn't the order of operations be 1m private then 1m remaining public? when this happened i didn't touch my cheaper private and it only picked up public. is that how it's always been? if so, i think it would be great to change it so that we do indeed buy the cheapest goods as the preference says.

then another bug is i spied someone that had 0 ally/gdi expenses but he actually had 1 defensive ally. sup with that?
at first i thought maybe it meant he hadn't accepted, but the country he was allied to actually had ally expenses. neither are in gdi so the cost isn't associated with that

The first one is a settings under preferences.

The second has happened to me this set on TEAM. I sent an email to Qzjul about it. No response though.

Public Market Purchases
+ Buy cheapest goods
+ Always purchase from the public market regardless of price

	When buying goods from the public market there may be times when it is cheaper to buy the goods from your country's private market. By default, purchases attempted on the public market will be made on whichever market can supply the goods at the lowest price. This option allows you to force public market purchase to always be made on the public market, even if the cost is greater. 

The only other thing that I could be misinterpreting in your bug 1:

Are you saying by buying a 'certain amount of troops off public' it over-rides this preference.

from my experience saved ops on team server have always shown 0 ally costs, but 3rd party sites keep them

weirdly same happened to me once, bought 3 times 3m amount of jets (only 917k jets on public) and 1st 2 times jets were bought on priv due price is lower there but 3rd time jets were bought on public.
