Raid Food Reserves and Raid Oil Reserves also physically benefit the country spying.

Raid Oil: “ ..In addition, your operatives will capture a small portion of your enemy’s reserves”

Raid Food: “..In addition, your operatives will capture a small portion of your enemy’s reserves”

I think raid food/oil used to just destroy and they changed it to capture a small bit, but I guess they never altered the caption for espionage.

all 3 are quite useless since those depend on how much spier has those 3 at hand.

You don't have to use them, but they all 3 benefit the spying country.
