Why do you start with such retardely high BPT and it gets higher as the set goes along but they give you only enough to build up a tiny portion of your land?
I don't really see it as a problem. i mean, i think the only thing we would possibly do to this perceived problem is cap the possible BPT somewhere around 40. i don't think we'll be issuing more cash.
not sure, but i do think we still need to fix turns allotted, as i think it's 0 now, whereas it used to be more.
