IIRC it was discussed in the original "new server rules" thread but it's not on the boards anymore.

It was like that from the start of the first round though, no ghost bonus for dict.

Always been that way for coop server. Ghost acres bonus got replaced with attack loss bonus.

It was intentional and from round 1. The game's government help always showed the correct information.

You are aware that a dictator finished rank 2 last round, right?

Do you think it might be something to consider adding back as losses now linearly reduce to 8% making the mil loss bonus less of an advantage than before?
