I thought you wanted to go 50-50 res/ent buildings? Also is 60 the magic number for BPT or is there a good number? Because last set I finished with a BPT of 100 on 14k acres (all x-rep as well).

BPT of 100 is way too high for 14k acres. Any BPT between 57 and 61 is optimal for 14k acres...and as an all X rep 14k acres is about right if you don't get grabbed much.

50-50 res-ent is very close to optimal for a casher. If food was $0 50-50 would be optimal. But because population increases per turn food expenses a bit the exact optimal ratio ends up tilting towards more enterprise zones then residences.

The exact ratio is around 111:100 but that differs based on the food price.

All that said the difference between 50:50 and 111:100 is moot.
