That country finished first as an all-X fascist farmer.
How would I destock as a fascist farmer?
On the last day of the set, public military prices aren't very reliable. I destock off private because it's reliable and easy. The units available on the private market are based on when you login. If you don't login for 24 hours, your country will have many units on the private market.
So I don't login on the last day until there's between 1-1.5 hours left in the set. I explore/build/cash as necessary after I login to around 360 turns. All bushels go to the public market for $38. If you did well, you should have over 100M bushels. That quantity of bushels may require a public market clearer.
Is there any advantage to staying as a fascist at the end of the set? Your stock is on the market, so switching governments will barely hurt your country. There are barely any turns left to play in the set, so your food bonus isn't much benefit. The 20% PM discount makes switching to theo worth it.
So over the last hour or so, I try to sell as much tech as I can. When my bushels and tech sell, I use that money to buy up private military units. Typically you can spend most of your stock on troops and tanks.
What I posted isn't a complete picture, but it should get the general idea across.
