get rid of all the buildings except for the Indys and construction sites. buy everything else you need with the cash you make selling the military. The indy strat if played right will lose cash on the turns. New player tend not to like this and think they shold do something like building EZ and RES but that only makes you less. You also need to buy a ton of Indy tech.
