just because countries work together does not mean they are multies. you people are quick to scream cheater when in fact its probably just 3 people working together. i can tell whos new to express and who has been around for 80+ sets (like me).

this fluff used to happen ALL the time with more countries involved and before GDI was invented. this is exactly the reason WHY it was designed.

and while it is against the rules to work together outside of the server unless they are communicating outside private messages in the game then they arent really breaking any rules.
