I know there is a way to see people who have attacked you and what they took etc.

Is there a way to see details about people I've attacked? I know I can go check on news and see how many acres I took or who I attacked, but if I wanted it to be more detailed how do I do that?

Main country status page, click see all news and you can see what you lost and what you killed in detail. That's for incoming attacks.

For attacks you made, you can't see that level of detail. They are all tracked on news sites like eestats and earthgraphs though, but only the countries and basic information.

That information only appears immediately after you attack and isn't saved anywhere that I know by the game. I use MS OneNote 2010. I copy my spyops there and do the calculations since its a calculator. I can also make hyperlinks to particular countries in Earthgraphs.com or eestats.com. When I've attacked I copy and paste the information that you are asking about next to the other info about that target.

the game saves your spyops for x number of days and if you tell it to save them it saves them for longer. just a heads up. i dont know when that changed but it was a while ago

I doubt it. if the explore is like a curve and 45 is the peak of the curve then 23 has to be like the way way out there flat part of it that's like .1% likely and then to have it happen twice in a row is like 1 in 10,000
