you can not attack somebody that hasn't attacked you in the last six hours?

as far as i recall it's not new at all (if this is what you meant)

You cannot perform any spy ops or attack of any kind to a target that has not hit u before 1600GT on the last day

K, thanks... Thought I did attack someone within that range a couple resets ago but apparently it must have been before that.

I don't think that it was part of the initial GDI rules, but it's been that way for a while.

The ingame GDI page also tells you this correctly. Try to read it when you next get the chance!

The gdi rules protect netters but it also killed off the mbr strat. The most profitable and and highest nw units are troops/tanks for mbr. Something that you just cannot sell a lot of when people don't need tanks in most cases.

i'm not sure i like these new gdi. It's really a mix bag. You are worry free from parking lots as long as you don't DT but the market for troops/tanks/sdi/military took a huge dive.
MBR strat becomes significantly weaker.

Maybe we should fetch some ideas how to alleviate the negative affects of GDI.

Like if you're in GDI, you can only receive 10 special attacks from another country a day. So the more people you piss off, the greater your chances of starting over lol.

This will keep the market alive because receiving 10 ABs is still very painful. Stop people from getting killed for making a noob mistake. Topfeeders/all jetters/suiciders have more consequences.
