I'm sittn on 99,once I get 360 I come out and by the time I run out of turns ill have 110k-150k tech,mostly Ag,so if you're in same schedule PM me or if you know my country,just send a ally request :)

He snowed me last set, got me to pact him (as i was techer) then stopped teching. I would not trust him at all as a tech alli. He is a tech Leach at best.
