Yeah, I didn't get a tech sale in that I wanted because I thought the turn went through and it didn't.
I also ended up "destocking" earlier than optimal because I was afraid the game would crash. I'm sure others were impacted as well.

Same dude. I bought my military on Monarchy lol instead of theo. Was getting the server down messages as well.
