So just in case it isn’t clear when everyone says retal they mean SS or PS.

To do that you gonna need to have enough jets. To do it effectively means trying to NW match the target.

(Another reason why hitting small players is not generall a great idea, they jump NW to retal and take more back!)

Unless I'm just plain recalling this incorrectly., the GDI restriction is different on EXPRESS.

The GDI restriction is prevention of special attacks unless a player has committed >= 2 negative ops/SS/PS (any combonation of these).

The size restriction I don't think exists on EXPRESS (except for humanitarians). I just can't remember if this last section is true or not. Would have to read the GDI explanation on EXPRESS once it begins.
