Did attack/defend values change?

I'm oddly bouncing this set and I've reviewed calcs. . . it doesn't make any sense.

(troops/2 + turrets + tanks*2) * 1.1 * w/tech * govt mod = jets for SS ?

never forget! the 1.1 is critical. Our lord mehul, he must have is pound of flesh :)

easiest thing to forget is readiness and/or govt modifier IME

I have not seen anything to suggest a change.

As mentioned, could be the mehul factor. I believe there is a 'luck' element within said factor, so maybe if you previously ignored it, you are just getting unlucky?

I usually go 15% to 20% over rather than 10% with the formula above.

I switched to a heavier tank strategy this set and I've bounced 3 times out of 20 or so. It's rare I bounce in a set at all. I was wondering if the offense on tanks had switch to some degree.

Dict is fun on express. If it's done right it's a LOT of fun :)

Dict is pointless on Express, if you are going Dict the only actual bonus is ghost acres and to even benefit from that you have to hit 0 DR targets, which then means you will be hitting human players who will retal you, and with a slow build rate having to waste more turns on CS you end up wasting turns rebuilding over and over from every retal.

I messed around with a dict indy a while back. I think I got 4th with it. It was kinda fun.

yeah but you probably didn't grab like a douche on human players that can retal you.
