Each building consumes one acre of free land and costs $13,596 to build.
Except for Construction Sites, you can build 69 buildings per turn.
Construction Sites require one turn each.
With your resources, you can build -3 buildings.

you got bugged, explore 1 turn and it returns to normal.

pang was supposed to fix that.

You must go to destroy buildings to build your CS's until bug clears

Also, best to do bulk turns to get out of it
