Reminder that you probably want to wrap up your war before 22:00 GT (when humanitarians range starts to shrink). Or at the very least, you definitely want to start it before 22:00 GT.

Ya right I was trying to grow as fast as possible, blew all my turns n dude triple tapped. So I couldn't forgive that. I woulda been ready by Saturday. Was still ready by Sunday...
