I miss that in the leaderboards, just the top 10 or top100 of every set

Umm... do you mean the previous winners from each set?

If so, they already have this:
On the Portal go to, "Top Players" for the desired server.
On the top right of the screen click, "Previous Reset".
You can keep clicking that and go through each round.
