Humanitarians protest if a country attempts to attack another country which is 12 times bigger or smaller than it.

Why is this rule even in place? At what point will this ever be in effect, or would it matter at all?

Shouldn't it be considerably lower, or just flat removed? 3-4x is hardly gonna make a difference, but at least it would minimize the horrendous GDI impact.

its prevent people from creating countries 24 hours before the set is over to missle people in the top 10. just because its not commonly useful doesnt mean that it should be gone.
