Don't retal.

You don't have to wait at all, or you can wait all round. It just depends if you CAN retal.

Exactly. Personally when someone I hit for 100 retals me for 1000 I fight back. But no one else does, everyone else just rolls over

In Express I prefer to get hit early (cos I start slow) and retal big time later. I see it as "free" land. If a set's gotta end because of it then I guess a set's got to end then.

I preface this with the fact that if my retal does not benefit me, I don't take it.

Blid,make sure you DON'T ROR on a guy sittn on 27 Missiles,lol,I've gotten spied on dozens of times by countries who can actually break me,I guess it spooks them when they see my Missile stock :D

I will ROR anyone and everyone. If I hit you have 100, and you hit me for 1000, you better hope to god you have defense.

I got GREAT defense,10 nukes,10 chems and 7 cruise missiles,ill call it,"The ROR Special". Hubba,Hubba!

If they hit you once are in GDI, you can retal whenever you want with however many SS/PS/beneficial spy ops as you want.

If they hit you more than once, or aren't in GDI (and you arent in GDI), then you can retal whenever you want with whatever methods you want.

But no matter what, they are not forced to accept your retal, and may RoR you, especially if you hit them for 1k when they hit you for 100 a while ago.

I have almost 40 missiles and would use them if I got RoR:ed (now that I know that its ok to retal late).

What happens after my missles has reached its target I really dont care casue I dont really care about my country and is hot temeperd (though of course I like a nice finish, but a little war might be just as fun)

Ask for blid's # and you 2 can compare ur nukes
