Something is getting rounded off. Any idea which one it is? I'm making a program for when a casher should start cashing but the PCI is off by a little bit. And I was sure that each turn 0 population joined.

That formula gave exact output. Something is off.

Actually I did a typo. The numbers are close enough. Off by like 15 civilians, but i'm also losing a 1-2 a turn. So this works.

Man this program is great. I can fool around with different #s now and see how bus/res buildings and tech effect income.

You want me to crunch any #s for you. I just tested trying more res vs more bus and vice versa. It turns out, you must have exactly half to get best revenue possible.

Your networth- has very small impact on revenue.

It's about 50k more per 1 million networth. As a republic.

Basically I can tell anyone based on turns left- if it's better for them to buy more res/bus tech or not with a click of a button.

Yup thats how i have my excel set up, i even have predicted stock growth and using max mil texh so using basic destock prce of 35 i even get predicted net from turns left. All i do is keep updating my avg price i buy bushels at. Works great. I just made it yesterday to tell the truth.

that is something i have always done just during the reset (build more of one and guestimate difference from what i might be able to remember from what it was before.. again the thinking aspect ;p)

One of the values in the PCI formula must be rounded off. I'm using [a top 5 player] spy info and his PCI is coming up .20 off... and his max population is only off by 2.

If he had a food shortage or no income shortage that effects pci but im not sure how. And no one i have talked to havent done any studies. So that alone can effect it

I just know it effects the total outcome just not sure how yet

So annoying that it's off. They carry some formulas over with no rounding but some of the variables they do round.

:UPDATE, 36% is BEST unless food is above $47

Ya lol i never really botherd with it, next set ill try 34 you should check 36 some strats have that aswell.

It's not by much though- so I guess you lose the small benefit to cost of food. (since there's more people with 34% tax rate)

Any values i put in though give 34% with slight more revenue.

The difference in population is about 10k and each civilian eats .05 food.

500*30 = 15000
500*35 = 17500

The difference is so small though- not even really a factor.

I can now map out entire x-casher on xpress (not including destock)

Only variables are tech prices, slight deviations in x-plore, earthquakes, and LGs made against me.

Oh and also, the turn # in which the tech is bought at is a variable.

25mil net on 9999k land xplore only. Perfectly doable.

From the looks of my program, D casher > R casher.
