Is the 70% restart rule going to be implemented in FFA or not? A bit more than a 3 days notice would be helpful.

There has been talk of ffa getting a lower percentage, which I have been pushing for, but if it happens or not who knows

I think it should i mean its not like all are eggs are in one basket we get 16 countrys. It was said that that rule was made so that you dont lose everything when your account gets killed but its not like that in this server.

I just hope he remembers that brcause that makes ffa a whole different game then the rest of the servers.

TENTATIVELY (not final yet):

1) That's going to be changed. It's looking like 40% for all servers except FFA and 20% for FFA. The bonus %/hit on your country will be increased slightly.

How about this idea,? 20% of what the country had, or whatever would have been restroed via the forumla in place for the last few sets, whiichever is more per military unit/building/tech level, etc.
