who could recommend a really good book on shading/shadow techniques?
I'm a fairly good artist, but i find a lot of my sketches go from really really good, to complete rubbish if i mess up the shading. looked in Chapters but they had no specific book on it.
so if anyone can recommend a title to me that i can get on like Amazon even that would be awesome.
thanks

ps. i know this isn't FFA chat kind of a post, but figured more would see if here then on general. :)

I can't recommend any specific books, but try this link:

This is a friend of mine from HS - He plays a lot with shading and texture. If you contacted him, I'm sure he'd be happy to give you some recommendations.
