I'd probably be willing to make one of mine an EM dump for a healthy FA package to one of my better countries ;)

Of course, if Havoc or the ex-TKO country are both available for free, I guess no one's probably gonna knock my door down to pay for an EM dump.

Sorry, I took the EM/nuke dump last set, and mrford before - but both of us are focused on war builds this set, so we're not as able to perform that public service.

Thanks to whoever's running EMDumpMe. I will be sending some goodies your way this evening. If this country proves to be not enough for the server, I may have one I'm willing to part with.
