The Strategic Defense Initiative, SDI, is a ground-based weapons system designed to counter enemy nuclear and chemical missiles. While there is always a small chance of a missile getting through, the SDI can potentially destroy almost all incoming missiles from enemy forces. The proportion of missiles destroyed is based on the level of technology you have.

lol didnt intend to survive or stonewall with any of those countries. Just making u waste turns and missiles attacking me was worth it ^^.

Besides i had sdi on my last country ^^.

oh and lets not talk about the fact most countries i farm had 0 deffense wtf?

I'd say even at this point 30% of all lae countries can be farmed with 1 jet ps, i know it ive done it.

wait...I just reread the SDI description....is it just me, or does it not mention EM's, only Nukes and Chems?

Em are good for hhigh SDI tergets
spam 100 at em, and their SDI aint high anymore
