Swords really sucks. I've had over 200 failed CDs on 1 of my countries along with at least as many FAILED GSes!

well, it would be, but with BSS and IMP also hitting, they'd be best served doing their killruns together and not having to waste so many turns doing lemming attacks.

I'm sorry...but anyone who doesn't understand why 200+ CD's on ANY country regardless of NW, land, value, hits, or any other criteria is absolutely stupid should probably go back and read a primer on spy ops.

I might have a hundred failed CDs on a specially built lemming country. one attack, 7 CD's another attack 7 cds. But it has crazy amounts of indus to replenish lost spies.
200 in a row is just silly.

Actually, I think mobbie has a point. He is making his spies into lemmings by doing 200 CDs.

But unlike most attacks people would do and call "lemming attacks", he didn't actually accomplish anything with his.... :/

You need to have a spal of 50, and have enough indus to replace all losses to make it a valid strat, even a 1 in 7 success rate is ok for that lemming strat. But when your spal sucks, like below 10, and it only gets worse, you are wasting your time.

Well, from the news WT posted in our forums, he would have been having to make about 18k spies/turn to make up for the losses. And since 1:10 would be insanely good returns on a spied out country, I'mma go with it being a really non-beneficial approach.

I would think the SPAL required would be a bit relative though. 50 SPAL would give you the advantage on BSS/IMP/Swords atm.
