I authed multiple retals for Pan on one country since it sorta got hit by a few hundred missiles and had slight diminishing returns.

Heston: Just remember that unless everyone in your clan wishes to fight war after war, that you taunting a 2nd war clan beyond the one that's already fighting you might affect more than just yourself.

It's one thing to bring animosity on yourself, but your fellows SoFers are going to be the ones to have to pay. Try to keep that in mind.
