I have no more access in panlv and leaving panlv president ..

Thanks to MM for the effort to bring back panlv and now the clan is much more stable with the old members back to support.

This is a total shock to me. I am grieving for the absence of my dear friend of so many many years. Good thing I already played my countries because sure don't feel like it now.

not to rub salt on open wounds, but I'd say a couple of heads in PANLV owe a few LaE folks an apology.
