Pandoras Last Vikings retal policy for unpacted clans/countries:


PANLV only allows one hit per country in 48h against us.

Harmful spy ops, missiles, GSs, BRs and ABing - 2:1/kill

if there is more than 5 hits from the same alliance in 24h, the 6th will be retalled 2:1, ect. (all hits on diff countries)


reverse 2 stepping:

If someone is self-farming--you cannot grab outside the clan with a country you've hit for at least 72 hours, and you should not be farming your country down to nothing, waiting 72 hours and then going out and attacking other countries.

The basic idea here is if you use your countries as farms, it shouldn't preclude you from ever making landgrabs with that country. The idea is NOT to screw other people over from having any legitimate shot at retaliating.

- You can farm you retaller AFTER the retal. Just do it withing 24h.

- Reverse 2 stepping will be retalled same way than 2 stepping.


Jetter policy:

With all the bonuses given to the attacker, including the planned strike bonus, 3 offensive ally slots compared to 2 defensive ally slots and the new bonuses that can help one's attack strength even further, we at PANLV feel that it has become truly impossible to defend one's land against someone who is specifically targeting someone and who is very motivated to make the break. While we fully understand the thoughts expressed by other clans along the lines of "If you can't defend your land, it's not your land" and can fully get on board with this idea for low-defense land-farms, etc., if it takes someone running 80% or more jets in order to break a country, then it IS well defended, and thus we will look at each of those cases individually and determine if it is an intentional targeting of a particular country with the use of a jetter.

We are NOT pushing towards the implementation of a top-feeding policy, as we do agree with other clans on the idea that if someone doesn't make any attempt to defend their land, they have no claim to hold onto their land. We encourage other clans to adopt the same policies, but regardless, these are the rules we intend to play by, and that we'd be happy to abide by for other clans that want to adopt them as well.

- if the country is 80% jets, +/- few %´s, its an all jetter and it can only be used for retals. How to count the %: jets/(turrets+jets)*100

- All hits by jetter will be looked case by case and will be retalled 1:1, 2:1 or more, depends how intentional the hit was.


If another alliance is involved, there should be FA contact for anything other than the 1:1.

New Swords Policy Regarding SS/PS into and out of our tag.


Untag Countrys: 1 Hit allowed every 24hrs (Per String)
16 Country Clans: 1 Hit allowed every 48hrs (Per Tag)
32 Country Clans: 1 Hit allowed every 24hrs (Per Tag)
64 Country Clans: 2 Hits allowed every 24hrs (Per Tag)
96 Country Clans: 3 Hits allowed every 24hrs (Per Tag)
128 Country Clans: 4 Hits allowed every 24hrs (Per Tag)
160 Country Clans: 5 Hits allowed every 24hrs (Per Tag)
192+ Country Clans: 6 Hits allowed every 24hrs (Per Tag)

6 hits being the Max allowed regardless of Clan Size.


Any hits over this amount into the Swords tag or out of the Swords tag is subject to 2:1 for first hit over limit, 3:1 for second hit, 4:1 for third hit, Farm/Kill for fourth hit over limit.

- 2 stepping and reverse 2 stepping: 2:1, 5:2, 9:3, 4+ = Farmed and/or Killed. This will be done at our Discretion. We reserve the right to hit any country involved as a valid retal.




- Swords will give tagged countries and thier FAs 48 hours to acknowledge any potential issues and work through a Retal Solution. If we have attempted to contact your FA for more than 48 hours without any results, Swords will retal the hits according to our Retal Policys. We will deal with each situation on a case by case basis.


- The time frame for making a valid retal is 72 hours from the moment of the attack. Any attacks made after the 72 hour time period will be considered a separate attack and retalled accordingly.




- Swords will only accept the following types of attacks in retaliation: Standard Strikes and Planned Strikes


- Swords does not Self-Farm nor does it condone Self-Farming.


- Swords will not pact any clan that Self-Farms.


- Swords is a War Clan. If you are in our range and do not hold a pact, we may target you for war at any time. At our Discretion.


- Swords will review other clans retal policies. In the event of different policies, we will contact the other alliance and discuss a solution on a case by case basis.

Unpacted Alliances

NBK has no upper limit on how many hits a clan can do on us.

1 hit on a NBK country within 24 hours -
We retal 1 hit(1:1)

2 hits on a NBK country within 24 hours -
We retal 3 hits(1:1, 2:1)

3 hits on a NBK country within 24 hours -
We retal 6 hits(1:1, 2:1, 3:1)

4 hits on a NBK country within 24 hours -
We Farm then Kill.

- Pacted Alliances are contact only, on all hits, and decisions will be made upon contact.

- Reverse two stepping, is grabbing your country within 72 hours before hitting someone. Also if really try to take advantage of that rule, we can decide what country to retal.
Our stance is we start on, country is killeable, FA contact will be done.

- Two stepping, is attacking someone then grabbing your own country before the retal was done up to a 72 hour maximum.
Our stance is country is killeable, FA contact will be done.

- Attacking and then dropping land before retal is done. We view this same as two stepping. If you have to drop land, wait for retal first, or 72 hours.

- Retal on Retal, we don't care if you do it to us, but will respect it if someone has that policy. It is if a country has just done a retal and is then hit by a landgrab from NBK within 24 hours of said retal.

- NBK's policy on jetters, we don't care if you do it to us. Contact us by FA if you think there is an issue.

- NBK will try not to hit more then 5 times on any clan in a day, and for now will accept 2:1 on anything over 5. But this rule is subject to change, will see about changing the amount of attacks to match clan size, so smaller clans will not be hit the full amount. (Currently debating about 1 attack allowed per 30 countries, minimum 2 attacks allowed)

- Special attacks. All special attacks handled by FA. If special attack is suspected to have been done on purpose, stance start from target is killeable.

Our accepted retal window is 72 hours on land grabs, and any attack on the same country within 24 hours after will be considered a RoR instead of a new attack.

FFAT will NOT serve as an appropriate means of communication for FA with KA. Any posts made by KA members on FFAT are not to be taken as KA's official FA stance, and will not be recognized by KA FA's. Direct contact methods include PM, IRC, and Messengers.

Retal Period is 72 Hours From when the hit occurred.

A Members String of countries has 36 Hours to Retal, the remaining 36 Hours are open to the rest of the Alliance

Standard Land grabs - Land grab
1:1 = 1 attack on The Fallen gets 1 back... (1:1)
3:2 = 2 attacks on The Fallen gets 3 back... (1:1 + 2:1 = 3)
6:3 = 3 attacks on The Fallen gets 6 back... (1:1 + 2:1 + 3:1 = 6)
Anything over 3 needs FA approval.

Note: Out of the 72 hour Retal Window, if a retal has not been made within 70 hours, in the remaining 2 hours NM (Nuclear Missiles (Nuke)) Missiles are Approved for use on Double Taps and Above.
ie. Country A Hits Country B 2x in a 24 hour Period (Double Tap - Unless a Retal has been Taken Prior to the 2nd Attack then its a Retal on Retal (RoR)) Total Retals authed for a Double Tap are 3 (1:1 for the first, 2:1 for the 2nd). Since Missiles are retaled at 2:1 escalating (see below) 1 (One) NM can be used in the retal, but then only 1 Retal is left. 3 retals for the Double Tap - 2 For the use of a Missile Retal = 1 Retal Outstanding.

Mercs Retal Policy

The first 4 attacks per 24 hours or 6 attacks per 48 hours by another alliance against us will all be retalled 1:1, regardless of whether or not a country attacks or is attacked multiple times.

Any hits beyond the first 4 in 24 hours, or the first 6 in 48 hours will be retalled 2:1. We will attempt to make FA contact before doing 2:1 retals.

We do not expect this policy to cause any problems. If an alliance hits us more than 4 times in 24 hours, or more than 6 times in 48 hours, they are looking for trouble, and are likely trying to provoke a war with us regardless of what our retal policy states.

We will conduct 1:1 retals in a 48 hour window, and we use a 48 hour window for RoRs. The retal window will be extended to 72 hours if a country is due more than 1 retal. We will do 2:1 retals on RoRs.

Any country from a tag with 8 or less countries, or any country that has been grabbed by its own alliance at any point during the set will be retalled land:land if they grab us. If a country is attacked by its own alliance in the 72 hours prior to grabbing us, or after grabbing us and before we finish our retals, then we will do land:land+buildings retals, and we reserve the right to choose any country from the offending alliance to get our land back from.
