My 14 countries will be tagged TIE for the remainder of the set. I'll be doing no landgrabs on anyone and just playing my turns quietly unless provoked.

I'd appreciate NAP status from major clans, but I'm not naive enough to think everyone will give them to me.

I will be looking for a new alliance for next reset. I'm open for war or netgaining. If we've dealt with each other in the past, then I'm way more likely to take your recruitment seriously.
