Anyone apartment hunting in Toronto?

I'm moving out of the city at the end of Feb. Looking to get someone to take over the remainder of my lease (7 months).

Place is pretty large (2 story, full detached house), that I've been sharing with 2 guys I went to Uni with (both engineers).

I just moved from Vancouver to the bay area, I'm having trouble adjusting to the weather. It like 25 and sunny, in DECEMBER?! Seeing the sun in winter, madness i say!
