GDI authority will not let you attack this opponent!
for some reason i cant missile strike or any kind of strike this opponent that is 1 rank under me,
i read his history and hes battling another player that is 20 ranks smaller then him, but i am unable to attack?

now there is a guy 1 rank bigger then me on brink of death
i cant spy or attack him it says

Your generals will not attack such a large opponent!

hes definitely not a larger opponent, i think i could take my chances, but the game wont let me hit anyone it doesnt want me to, ridiculous
