Congrats on finding this game. Have fun. :) Don't take any crap from anyone, and build a country that can defend itself. Carefully read all the descriptions of government types and building types and uses. Don't listen to anyone who starts railing at you for building a rainbow, most newbies do. It's stable and you get a chance to learn how everthing works.
