Trump would have to take a dose of growacet, and order the Navy to eliminate Chinese Military Power in the South China Sea, then sit back and see if the Chinese are seriously willing to attempt their fluff out in the open instead of using agents, finances to buy corrupt politicians, or infectious diseases to trash the US. If he acts before the inauguration, it will let the Chinese know that WE are onto THEM, and not very happy about this Chinese underwritten fluff-show going on over here.
