many have experienced that and due browsers varying between chrome, firefox, etc no1 has come up with solution.

And just so you're more likely to get help, you probably should try this under the "Bugs and Suggestions" forum. The game mods don't tend to check the boards very often for these type of issues with the exception of the B&S forum.

You're likely to get people who may know because of first or second hand knowledge here like Marshal, but you likely get the attention of anyone that actually matters (sorry Marshal, not a personal attack) in the way of game mods or developers.

there's a thread about same subject at b&s already and no1 in that thread hasn't figured what causes it so far.
