Anyone play OGame? Happened across it just recently. Apparently it's got quite a following. Seems interesting but time consuming.

If you're playing it or have played it in the past, I'd love to get some feedback. I'm particularly interested in figuring out if alliances are necessary or optional. Also would love to get some n00b tutorial info, haven't found much of use just yet.

I have played in UNI 2 since its started.
I just pushed the Delete Buttone for Andromeda today...Have been on that server since it started also.

World of Tanks is much more fun
