Today I'm smoking a corned beef.
Soaked and rinsed to lose some of the briny salt and a day to dry.
Figure a good 6-7 hours should do it.
Got the cabbage at the ready

Not so good. Even after rinsing it was way too salty.
Came out with a nice smoke ring tho
I'll stick with briskets

Was worth a try I suppose. There's a lot of sites that show it and they like it. I'm not one of those .
The cabbage was the star of the meal.
Roasted in salt,pepper and olive oil.
