Albania and Kosovo are two different things. They have the same ethnic population though.

Tacci was never (afaik) in the Albanian goverment or anywhere near it. He was a leader of the Kosovo Liberation Army, and the first... president or PM (not sure) of Kosovo.

My mistake....I was thinking Kosovo and typing Albania. I would be willing to bet good money that he and Berisha were in bed together on plenty of those allegations. Even the Albanians think Nano and Berisha were mafia.....of course, I don't know this for sure.

I still have yet to run a full netting set though. I've tried a couple times, but it seems me and warring are just destined for each other .
